DINERS at a new City restaurant are being asked to sign a legal indemnity form before they rolex fake are served its Christmas pudding.

The owners of High Timber near the Millennium bridge have insisted on the condition because they are worried about being sued by a customer who breaks a tooth or chokes on a traditional silver "lucky" charm embedded in the pudding.

Christmas pudding goes on its menu today priced at Pounds 7 and each portion will contain a Tiffany's silver horse-shoe charm, a star
embroidered patches or other traditional emblems Owner Neleen Strauss said she was advised to seek legal protection by regular customers who are lawyers in the City.
