TWO men taken to hospital following a road crash are not believed to be seriously hurt.

The accident involving a dustbin lorry and car sparked rush-hour chaos yesterday.

Both sides of the A5111 Manor Road were closed following the accident, which happened at 7.20am.

Surrounding ed hardy shirts routes, including Uttoxeter New Road and Burton Road, were seriously affected. The road reopened shortly after 9am. The male driver of the saloon car had to be cut free from the wreckage by firefighters. He was taken to hospital, along with the dustbin lorry driver, but neither sustained serious injuries.
